 WHAT IS YOUR OCCUPATION?I’m a Care & Support Worker for senior citizens

HOW OLD ARE YOU – AND WHAT IS THE BEST THING ABOUT BEING YOUR AGE? I am 55 .Being able to say what you think honestly while not worrying what others may think of me.

WHAT HARDSHIPS HAVE YOU ENDURED THAT YOU FEEL HAVE MADE YOU FEEL STRONGER? For a period of 10 years on and off lived with mental health issues ,sometimes hitting rock bottom losing myself . I’ve come through the other side I appreciate more and live in the moment.

WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER IS YOUR GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT? Raising £2500 to complete a 280 km charity bike ride in India . The charity is called Whizz Kids proving wheel chairs and equipment for young wheelchair uses.

WHAT IS YOUR IDEA OF PERFECT HAPPINESS? Having fun with the people in my world( husband, family & friends)

WHAT DO YOU TREASURE MOST? My family,friends, my fur babies😻

WHAT’S LEFT ON YOUR BUCKET LIST? To move to Greece ,own a boat and sail around the Greek Islands. Love🇬🇷

WHAT WAS YOUR GREATEST EXTRAVAGANCE? Both my husband and I work hard so when we go on holiday we like a luxurious hotel. For me there is always a bottle of prosecco in my shopping trolley. 🥂 cheers everyone .

WHAT IS THE ONE THING YOU WOULD CHANGE ABOUT YOURSELF?   Teeth 😁,seriously give myself more me time.

WHAT IS A TRAIT YOU ARE MOST PROUD OF? Caring,I am kind,have empathy,compassionate

WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST FEAR? Public speaking, having to give a speech to a large crowd . My tongue suddenly doesn’t want to work ,think its called tongue tired 🤣

WHAT DO YOU MOST VALUE IN YOUR FRIENDS? Honestly, supportive, dependable

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE YOUR YOUNGER SELF? Take a chance, if it goes wrong, learn from it.
