I was bullied at school, and felt like an outsider and different.
My mother told me I was born the wrong sex – she didn’t want a girl!
I survived a heart attack in Jan 2023, had two surgeries to place stents in my arteries. I resolved to lose weight and get fitter, it was tough but worth it, because little did I know at that time, I would have tougher battle to fight.
Sept 2023 I was diagnosed with breast cancer, treatment involved two surgeries, as well as chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
I was released from active cancer treatment in Dec 2024.
Cancer treatment finalised my menopause swiftly, and I am still putting myself back together, working through side effects.
Getting my health on track definitely helped me to be able to carry on working through treatment.
My mental health has suffered through menopause, as well as my loss of who I am. I have fought for my feminine side and libido.
I took action getting medical help, and using hollistic treatments and activities.
I started burlesque dancing and had always wanted to do a boudoir shoot.
I had got my figure back and wanted to rebuild my body confidence and feel more sexy.
