 WHAT IS YOUR OCCUPATION? I have done many things ie caring for the elderly, shop work, cleaning, professional cook but in 2017 I graduated as a chef. Unfortunately, due to ill health, I can no longer work, so you could say I am retired.

WHAT HARDSHIPS HAVE YOU ENDURED THAT YOU FEEL HAVE MADE YOU FEEL STRONGER? Living out of country for 12yrs, bring up 3 kids alone, trusting the “wrong” people, living rough for 2yrs and getting myself out of it and back home to England.

WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER IS YOUR GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT? Surviving, bringing up 3 kids alone, graduating chef school in my 50is.

WHAT IS YOUR IDEA OF PERFECT HAPPINESS? Surviving, bringing up 3 kids alone, graduating chef school in my 50is.

WHAT DO YOU TREASURE MOST? Surviving, bringing up 3 kids alone, graduating chef school in my 50is.

WHAT’S LEFT ON YOUR BUCKET LIST? Jumping out of an airplane, going to bondi beach, holding my daughter and her daughter in my arms one last time.

WHAT WAS YOUR GREATEST EXTRAVAGANCE? This photo shoot.

WHAT IS THE ONE THING YOU WOULD CHANGE ABOUT YOURSELF? Being alone

WHAT IS A TRAIT YOU ARE MOST PROUD OF? I can stand up for my self.
