 WHAT IS YOUR OCCUPATION? Currently work as the Communication Lead & PA to Director in an IT business.

HOW OLD ARE YOU – AND WHAT IS THE BEST THING ABOUT BEING YOUR AGE? Currently work as the Communication Lead & PA to Director in an IT business.

WHAT HARDSHIPS HAVE YOU ENDURED THAT YOU FEEL HAVE MADE YOU FEEL STRONGER? The toughest hardship has been not being able to have children post cancer, despite delaying treatment in order to freeze our embryos and having a fantastic friend to help carry our future child/children, it wasn’t to be.
This is the abridged version – there was a lot more heartache along the way.

WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER IS YOUR GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT? Being brave enough to sell up and leave all that i knew behind when i was 30 years old. Not just surviving 12 months in Ecuador but thriving! And going on to live abroad and learn 2 foreign languages, something i never thought I would be able to do.

WHAT IS YOUR IDEA OF PERFECT HAPPINESS? Being surrounded by friends and family, not working full time or maybe not at all but able to devote some time to volunteering and have some time for myself

WHAT’S LEFT ON YOUR BUCKET LIST? Setting up a small business on the unspoilt west coast of Portugal – ideas I have floated so far … a chilled hotel/b&b, a small bar/coffee shop, exclusive but relaxed tours to show off the unspoilt region.

WHAT WAS YOUR GREATEST EXTRAVAGANCE? Travelling Ecuador and Peru, just for me!

WHAT IS THE ONE THING YOU WOULD CHANGE ABOUT YOURSELF? Lack of confidence in my own abilities, imposter syndrome is rife in my head.

WHAT IS A TRAIT YOU ARE MOST PROUD OF? Empathy

WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST FEAR? Not trying (to do many things)

WHAT DO YOU MOST VALUE IN YOUR FRIENDS? Loyalty, honesty, fun times

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE YOUR YOUNGER SELF? Realise how beautiful you are

AND FINALLY…..HOW DID YOU FEEL AFTER YOUR 40 over 40 BOUDOIR SHOOT? On the day, I couldn’t sink it all in. When I got to see the photos – so confident & sexy.
