 WHAT IS YOUR OCCUPATION? I run my own business as a Reiki Master and Teacher along with other holistic modalities, including:
I am an Emotion Code Practitioner, a Soul Midwife, a Crystal Practitioner and I teach meditation.
I love to help people feel better within themselves.

HOW OLD ARE YOU – AND WHAT IS THE BEST THING ABOUT BEING YOUR AGE? I am 52 and more comfortable with myself now than at any other time in my life. It is very liberating to not feel so self conscious of myself or worry what people think about me.

WHAT HARDSHIPS HAVE YOU ENDURED THAT YOU FEEL HAVE MADE YOU FEEL STRONGER? My ex husband became very abusive once we were married. I have picked myself up from financial, emotional and physical abuse back to a place where I am stronger than before.

WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER IS YOUR GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT? Setting up my business from scratch during 2020 and going from a small ex display conservatory to the shop and treatment room I have now where i can hold events for up to 30 people.

WHAT IS YOUR IDEA OF PERFECT HAPPINESS? Meditating on a beach hearing the warm ocean lap against the shore with the sun on my face.

WHAT IS YOUR MOST TREASURED POSSESSION? My crystals, I couldn’t possibly name a favourite one, I love them all. I guess my Rose Quartz skull is a little more equal than the rest 😃

WHAT’S LEFT ON YOUR BUCKET LIST? A flying lesson. I have been gliding, done a tandem parachute jump, walked on hot coals and been on holiday abroad as a solo traveller to name but a few. Flying a plane is my next adventure.

WHAT WAS YOUR GREATEST EXTRAVAGANCE? At 50 years old I took my motorcycle tests and bought myself a Kawasaki Vulcan cruiser and all the gear to go with it. I love to get out and ride on warm sunny days.

WHAT IS THE ONE THING YOU WOULD CHANGE ABOUT YOURSELF? I would silence that little devil of a voice that sometimes tells me I am not good enough!

WHAT IS A TRAIT YOU ARE MOST PROUD OF? Being honest and loyal.

WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST FEAR? The way mankind is treating the planet and it’s inhabitants.

WHAT DO YOU MOST VALUE IN YOUR FRIENDS? Honesty and loyalty with a good sense of humour

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE YOUR YOUNGER SELF? You are not as fat as you think!

WHAT IS YOUR MOTTO OR FAVOURITE QUOTE? It is nice to be nice and/or never say never

AND FINALLY…..HOW DID YOU FEEL AFTER YOUR 50 OVER 50 BOUDOIR SHOOT? Empowered, stronger and have a much better view of myself and how I look.
