WHAT HARDSHIPS HAVE YOU ENDURED THAT YOU FEEL HAVE MADE YOU FEEL STRONGER? Divorce with a toddler in tow. Absolute exhaustion and a terrible feeling of despair.

WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER IS YOUR GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT? My three amazing sons. They are each very different but living their best lives and I am super proud of them! They are all strong but caring and also incredible cooks!!

WHAT IS YOUR IDEA OF PERFECT HAPPINESS? No worries – being 100% in the moment.

WHAT IS YOUR MOST TREASURED POSSESSION? Time: It’s the only thing that’s finite and if you are not careful, you spend it badly.

It’s all about travel: family Christmas in the snow, exploring Sri Lanka, snorkelling in the Maldives, sunrise at the Taj Mahal, the Grand Prix in Qatar, the Lord of the Rings set in New Zealand, the Geishas in Japan So many places to go…

WHAT WAS YOUR GREATEST EXTRAVAGANCE?

South Africa with the family for New Year – Safari, wine tasting, shopping.

WHAT IS THE ONE THING YOU WOULD CHANGE ABOUT YOURSELF? I talk too much, too loud and without thinking sometimes.

WHAT IS A TRAIT YOU ARE MOST PROUD OF? Kindness – I can always be counted on to be kind, comforting, helpful, a good ear. I can get taken advantage of but I would rather it was that way around.

WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST FEAR? Losing my husband – still so many adventures to come
