New job starting soon working as a Receptionist in Radiology Dept for NHS

HOW OLD ARE YOU – AND WHAT IS THE BEST THING ABOUT BEING YOUR AGE? 59 – 60 in 5 weeks time
Having time to do the things that I enjoy in life and spending quality time with my partner and our families.

WHAT HARDSHIPS HAVE YOU ENDURED THAT YOU FEEL HAVE MADE YOU FEEL STRONGER? I was married for 25 years when my husband decided to tell me that he didn’t want to be married to me anymore. I was devastated but picked myself up, made a life for myself and went on to meet my current partner. I am now the happiest I have ever been.

WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER IS YOUR GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT? I went to University at the age of 43 and gained a 2:1 degree in Education Studies and Maths and then went on to qualify as a teacher at the age of 47.

WHAT IS YOUR IDEA OF PERFECT HAPPINESS? Spending time with my partner and travelling the world, whether it be in our campervan or something a bit more luxurious such as a cruise.

WHAT DO YOU TREASURE MOST?My partner, my sons and my grandchildren.

WHAT’S LEFT ON YOUR BUCKET LIST? To do lots of travelling and make memories with my partner.

WHAT WAS YOUR GREATEST EXTRAVAGANCE? I bought myself a nice car (Audi A1) when left some money from my Mum.

WHAT IS THE ONE THING YOU WOULD CHANGE ABOUT YOURSELF? To be more outgoing and be able to let myself go and enjoy a sense of freedom…dance like no-one is watching!!

WHAT IS A TRAIT YOU ARE MOST PROUD OF? I am a kind, thoughtful person that likes to make people happy.

WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST FEAR? Not making the most of life before it’s too late.

WHAT DO YOU MOST VALUE IN YOUR FRIENDS? Loyalty

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE YOUR YOUNGER SELF? Not to stress over the little things and don’t worry about what other people think.

WHAT IS YOUR MOTTO OR FAVOURITE QUOTE? It will be alright in the end, if it’s not alright, it’s not the end.

AND FINALLY…..HOW DID YOU FEEL AFTER YOUR 40 over 40 BOUDOIR SHOOT? Fantastic! I felt beautiful and sexy!
